Costs With Insurance

Costs can very from one member to another depending on the individual plan benefits and the insurance carrier. It is the members responsibility to know their own individual plans benefits for expected costs associated with health care. Here at RMP we do our best to verify eligibility and benefit information prior to your appointment. However sometimes we are given conflicting information by the insurance carrier and do not want to collect more money than we should from our patients.  Unfortunately nothing is ever guaranteed with insurances and is subject to change.

Generally Insurances have one of two options for coverage either your visits are covered 100% after a co-pay, these vary by plan, payor and specialty consideration, or subject to a deductible.  A deductible is the amount you pay for health care services before your health insurance begins to pay. How it works: If your plan’s deductible is $1,500, you’ll pay 100 percent of eligible health care expenses until the bills total $1,500. After that, you share the cost with your plan by paying coinsurance.

Please verify this information with your health insurance provider to be prepared for any potential medical costs that may occur for your treatment provided here at RMP. If you need any further assistance in confirmation please let the staff know and we will help however we can.
